Today I did 50 minutes on the treadmill.

I did a 25 minute walk this morning and then did 2 firm workouts.
I ran 6.2 miles and did 2 round trips on the stairs (90 stairs each way). It is windy and a little cooler (50's) out today. Felt good though.
I walked 3 miles with hubby! Next?..........
I've been slacking! I only managed to do a little ab work on Tuesday.
