Fri I get home from work to find fedex was there trying to deliver my GC for

    taking the DVC tour--great!!!!

they were going to try again on Mon which was the next business day

ok of course they come again when Im at work

they try 3 times and then they send it back to sender or

you can arrange to pick it up at a fed ex store

so Mon nite I set up a store to pick it up at only to call in sick to work

on Tues so Im home today!!

fed ex called to verify the pick up and give me instrucations

I asked since Im home today if there was anyway they could deliver it

but there was something about my address and where it is for pick up they couldnt send it out today

Im only 4 miles from where its at right now!!!

so Ill have to wait till Thurs on my day off!!!!

so close yet I cant get my hands on it!!!

They made it a real pain with the required signature in person so you can't even sign the door tag and get it delivered. I mean, really, it is a $40 gift card. You'd think they were sending $1.000 in cash. I bet they're hoping a lot will be undeliverable and they won't be out the money.

they should did make it hard to get the gc delivered

the tour was easier to take then getting the card!!!

you should have been able to pick what times you were going to be home at

I guess that would have made things too easy!!!

and I sure agree about them hoping people just give up

although the more of a run around I get the harder I work to get what I want!!!

Disney does not want to have to send a replacement if the original got signed for and picked up by an imposter.
