Is anyone else not able to sign in to Disney Direct? I have not been able to sign in for at least a week! When I emailed guest services this is the reply I got: "At this time, our member login benefits are not available while we make some improvements to our site. Please place your order online, and once this is complete, you may send us an e-mail with your name, address, online order number, and the benefit or promotion you should receive. We will then apply the discount manually to your order. We thank you for your patience while we make improvements to our system." I am wondering how long these things take!!!!
