Travelling in September--When will i get best deal on Hotel?

Im travelling to Disneyworld from September 11-25.One week i would like to stay in Disneyworld and one week on International drive. I have my plane tickets book..Im laying off on buying my hotel reservations yet. Im just curious what time of the year can i expect to book my hotels for the best prices?
