Transportation from Miami to FLL

Hello Everyone! We're getting ready to leave on our 5 night Caribbean Cruise aboard the Disney Magic! We fly into, and out of Ft. Lauderdale, and I have a question in regard to transportation. We rented a vehicle for our family of four from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, but I'm not sure what would be the best option for our return to Ft. Lauderdale. Our flight leaves at 1:05 the day we return. I was thinking about renting a car from the Port of Miami, but I feel that might be too much of a rush. I also thought Uber or Lyft would be an option, but wasn't sure if they would have surge pricing. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There are several shuttle bus companies that run. We used SAS Transport. They were good. The driver was a little speedier than I might have liked (and that's saying something because I own a pretty sporty car with a turbo charger and sport suspension), however they were punctual, friendly and affordable.

We had a good experience with Quality Limo Service (QLS) as well.

We used A1A Limo Service and had great success both to and from the airport.
