Tower of Terror status

I am looking at wait times on MDE this morning. At 8:15, ToT is already 70 min? Can that be right? I refreshed a few times and it's still at 70. I have read that both sides are operating. Did one of them close?

HS has a handful of large attractions that go down often. Right now ROTR is down. That's 1300-1700 riders per hour milling around. But 70 minutes doesn't sound surprising even if they were all running.

Tower and RnR are now both down. I wonder if that 70 shot up because there was an issue but they hadn't dumped the queue just yet.

With both of those and Rise still down, it's going to be a rough morning at HS. :-(
