If you prepay your tips what is appropriate with the Bartenders? Are they taken care of or do you take care of them separetely, bartenders are some of my favorite people.

15% is added to the bar tab. You can tip extra if you really like the bartender.

Maybe some can answer the question - do the serves and bartenders share tips??

The 15% automatic gratuity that is added to all bar tabs is pooled and divided among the bar workers. Any additional that you add to your tab goes to the specific bar tender who served you.

Dining room servers do not get a share of the bartender tips; they get what you specifically tip them at dinner. I'm not sure how it works with the assistant servers as they DO serve you bar beverages but do not make these items.

As stated above there is a 15% gratuity added to EACH drink when you buy it, so tipping ahead of time doesn't apply to the bartenders and drink servers up on the pool decks. You can tip above that as well-especially if you have a nice seat by the pool we have found if you are a little extra generous you will never be left with an empty glass :)
