Tips on taking 3 year old and 16 month old

hi all! any tips for taking these ages? We are arriving October 15 th. How is the weather then? Anything special to pack that I wouldn't think of?
And off the topic, where can I find Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder. My 3 year old LOVEs them. thanks in advance
