I see a lot about tipping "mousekeeping" at the Disney resorts and I just wondered what people do as far as tipping at SOG.
Do you tip housekeeping? If so, how much? When and how? (daily, end of stay, etc. and where do you leave the tip)

Also - I'm assuming now that they have valet parking there is tipping involved there, too. What do you tip for this? Do you tip when they take your car or just when they go get it for you?

Just curious what the norm is!

If you leave a tip for housekeeping, leave it every day. You may not have the same housekeeper throughout your entire stay.

Yes, we tipped housekeeping, usually a couple dollars a day, more if the kids were really messy ;)

Valet--tip when they take your car and when they bring it back...you'll most likely have a different guy every time, so since they both hoof it over to the garage, they both get tipped. Just to drop the car, etc. we tip $2-3.....if they help with bags, too, then it goes up. We checked in at midnight and the same guy did our huge load a bags and parked the car....not sure what DH gave him, but since the guy was so fast and courteous and helpful, I know it was generous :)
