I was wondering when they start assembling the gingerbread houses at the resorts? We will be there the week before thanksgiving so I'm thinking they won't be finished by then but I was hoping that they may have started building them by our trip.

We were there the Friday through Tuesday before T-giving a few years ago and the GF gingerbread house was done before we arrived. We did not make it over to the BW/BC/YC to check out their decorations, though I think they were complete, also.

If you have a chance, check out the WL Christmas tree -- beautiful!

How many resorts have them? I thought only GF had one.

GF has the big gingerbread house, but BC has a gazebo, I think, and BW has a carousel. CR has a gingerbread tree.

This will be our fifth trip the week before thanksgiving. The beach club usually has the carousel assembled on the Friday before thanksgiving. It takes one day for them to complete it. Usually when we leave in the morning they are assembling it & passing out gingerbread samples. When we get back after our day at the parks it is completed. We look forward to it every year. This year we are staying at Poly and AKL so we will miss it :(

We will be there the Thursday before Thanksgiving until a couple of day before Thanksgiving and hope that the gingerbread houses and carousel are up. Love this time of year.
