Thread of Honor for those reaching Goal!

Congratulations to all of you who have met your goals! You are truly inspirational! Thanks for sharing your stories and pictures with us.

Now, there has to be some more of you out there with success stories, let's hear them people! :)

I have been trying to get into my 3/4 jeans and into a size 8 wedding dress, that I could not even zip up. Well I happy to say that I now fit in my 3/4 jeans as of yesterday and today I went to the bridal salon and now I fit in a size 8. :jumping1:

I love success stories....

SnackyStacky - you are definately an inspiration! I have recently joined weight watchers (2 weeks ago) and I really like it too.

Congratulations and GOOD JOB to all who have reached their goals!::yes::

Hi everyone. congrats to those who are on their way to meeting their goal and double for those who did. I was one of those people who tried to loose some extra pounds last year. I did well and used my disney trip last March as a piece of motivation. I say piece of motivation because I know I should be in this for myself, my family, my health and so I can take full advantage of our DVC I purchased last year that I could use for the next 50 years, (haha) Now thats quite the wish; that would mean I would be 88 years old.
Now the only thing is I put back everything I took off last year and so I think I should try this again, hoping to take it off for good. I would like to start off with a goal of 25 pounds and an overall goal of 50 pounds. I would like to see the 25 pounds go in about 10 weeks. Is this to much to wish for or have I set the bar to high. I would like to do this by a lowering my calories to about 1500 a day except on Xmas, and make sure I reduce the carbs as well except on Xmas. I also will increase my exercise daily hoping to walk about 3 to 4 miles a day by the second week in Jan on our treadmill. I also will start with a workout program on an at home gym I purchased last year hoping to increase my lean body mass that will eat up more calories as well. I think about 20 minutes a day should do it or more depending in my energy level that day making sure not to over do it. These three things coupled with a strong desire or motivation (that's where you come in) should help me with my goal. Wish me luck!

OK, I'm going to add my WW Goal pic! I still have about 20 lbs to go for my personal goal.

At 242 lbs:
