I was reading some questions my English teacher told us to think about. One made me think...

-Do you think that music should be censored or would that be against freedom of speech?

    What are your opinions?

I don't think it should be censored.
But I think people should be able to get it censored if they want it to be. Which they can.
And I think radio stations have the right to use censored songs.

    sameeeee.

I work at a movie theatre, and when something is rated 18A I hate IDing people, because I'm totally against censorship.
If people want to expose themselves to violence, sexuality & the like, who am I to stop them? I get in lots of trouble for that at work. =[=[
    dang censorship.

i'm against censorship in all art forms, art is a form of expression and should never be censored.

I agree, music should not be censored. Songs are written by the artists on their expereinces and thoughts and they should have the right to express them. Now as others have already said, it is totally up to the person if they choose to listen or censor that music in their own way. As for radio stations they are governed by rules and certain things must be abided by, because through the airways you never know what audience is listening to the music, so they have to side on the cautious.
