My husband and I are seriously considering buying DVC through a resale at the end of the year (we want OKW ) I know the cost of buying points, but can someone give me an idea of maintenance fees/dues we would incur yearly? I tried to do a search on this board for that info but it said "search function disabled"

    Thanks!

they generally go up around 5 to 6% per year - last year they went up 8% - but I think Doc says it was more insurance and taxes than the maintence fees actually going up that much.

some years they have stayed the same and some years they actually went down.

DVC really tries hard to maintence the excellent rating most DVC's will give their particular DVC resort that they own.
