1st time staying at WL. What helpful or fun tips would you give a family staying here for 7 days? Have 7 park hoppers, but what does the resort offer that we should know about? TIA!!

We just got back... and boy did we love it!

Go to the Cub's den between 2:30-4:00 for a free craft for kids- my daughter loved it!

We also did the pool games... there were at least two scheduled everyday and decorated cookies in Roarin' Forks (free). They give you a schedule of the events for the week! We also caught the water parade at the beach three nights!

Eat outside on the patio and watch the ducks!

The pool was lots of fun, we would swim everyday!

Wow I guess you love it! You kept going back!

:thumbsup2 That's what happens when you've been wanting to go to WDW since you were a kid. You tend to go overboard when you're finally able to do it! After Oct., we won't be returning until Jan/Feb '09. We'll probably be staying at the WL again then too. We  it there! We like visiting the other resorts but can't imagine trading a WL stay for one of the others. It's just a very warm, cozy place. It's HOME.

In the pics above.....That's Ranger Stan on the roof with the little one. He's a WL icon!
