Lesaa, thanks for sharing the Toledo trip with us. CP/Soak City looks really cool. Sorry about the Gramma drama on your birthday:hug:

I'm with you EPCOT and DHS opening ceremonies are not my favorites!

Soak City was a lot of fun, too bad the wave pool was not as awesome as at Typhoon Lagoon.

I can't wait to visit Cedar Point proper and ride on all the coasters. I had some major coaster lust going on watching them all from the water park.

Loved the mini TR. Looks like you had a blast in Toledo!

Lessa you have to ride Buzz and TSM with me. Then you'll have someone to beat. :rotfl: I kinda suck at both of them but I have fun.

 I just don't understand how Mom beats me on TSM all the time, she doesn't even play video games. :sad2:

Your mom always wins but you always beat her by a lot on accuracy. Maybe she just shoots more or something?

I think you need to not go so much for accuracy on TSM just go for it. I did the same thing at first and I only beat KC ONCE, then I just didn't try to be so perfect at it, ya know!? Great update!

After Toy Story Mom and I paused to think about what we wanted to do next. We didn't have any set plans for the day other than our lunch ADR and Fantasmic that evening. We decided to just walk and go do things as we came to them. First up was a picture with Price Caspian! We did this last year and made the mistake of continuing on to the "attraction" afterwards. Well this year I made sure to tell the CM that we would be coming back through the line after getting our picture as we didn't want to go through the agony. He thought this was hilarious and laughed along with me.

We didn't have to wait long to see Caspian. He really liked my mouse ears and asked me if I was acquainted with Reepicheep. We then blathered on about Narnia and if I had ever been and he invited me to come visit some time. I don't remember our exact conversation but I do remember that the character handler and photographer were laughing.

Mom was jealous because he did not chat her up like he did me.

As we walked away Mom claimed he was hitting on me, ummm no, it is his job to chat with the guests and be friendly.

Next up was The Little Mermaid, a welcome relief for my feet which were once again screaming in agony.

We went over to the Animation Building after the show was over as it was once again raining outside. First we sat through the little animation movie with Mushu and watched a preview for UP. Then we went further into the building to see what characters were out.

Can't wait for this to come out!

    And this as well!

We saw the characters from UP were out and there was next to no line! We jumped at that photo op even though we had not seen the movie yet (it had not been released yet).

Sorcerer Mickey was also out and had no line so we went on over. He had to take a break first though so we waited and chatted with the handler and photographer who were very friendly and nice.

I may have gotten all the attention from Caspian but Mom stole the show with Mickey.

It was still pouring outside, what would we do next?

I have loved your both your reports. To bad you didn't get a chance to go to Cedar Point. There are even coasters and rides there for scared people like your mom. It's not Disney, but it is still great!
