You can send an email to guest services and request the recipe, though it may be one they do not share. Good luck to you

Does anyone have a recipe for Pop Century's Chicken Penne Alfredo? We were there this summer and my kids maybe ate this 4 days in a row. They loved it that much.

    Thank you.

Got a response for the Sci-Fi Chicken wings so here's the recipe if anyone is interested:

    Chipotle Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

    Sauce
2 each Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
    2 cup BBQ sauce
    2 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Maple syrup
    2 tbsp Jack Daniel Bourbon

Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend well. Place sauce in
a pan on low heat and heat for 10 minutes and keep warm.

    Chicken Wing Rub

    ¼ cup Herb Seasoning Mix
    ¼ cup Cajun Seasoning Mix
    ¼ cup Cornstarch
    10 lbs Chicken Wings

    Direction:
    Preheat oven to 350*F.
Drain and dry chicken wings. Season chicken wings with
mixture of Herb and Cajun seasonings.
    Then coat wings with cornstarch.
Place seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet pan in a
    single layer.
Spray chicken wings with non-stick food spray.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hours till in internal
    temperature reaches at 165*F.
Put cook chicken wings in a mixing bowl, ladle BBQ sauce over
    chicken, toss and coat well.

Serve with fresh celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

I know it had to be a ton of work trying to arrange this all into a PDF file...maybe Tropical Wilds wasn't able to finish it? Did anyone ever get a copy of it?

No idea. I did see in the first few posts that this thread won't be updated, and a link to the new post.

I've been wondering the same thing, with many posts asking for it, but never seeing a thank you for the file. At times, the requests seem to overtake the requests for recipes :confused3

The recipe thread is updated as people post recipes or request new ones, it was the old index that has been abandoned for a new one, however that hasn't been updated recently.

Does anyone have the recipe for the strawberry cream cake at Les Chefs de France? We had it last week, and it was amazing! But I can't find much reference to it online, let alone a recipe.
