I think the vampire thing is what killed Port Charles.

Today (Monday, 2/25) was beyond unwatchable! This is to be sweeps season? I have been watching you-tube of the GH years of 1978 - 1980. Totally addictive. I watched the whole "Summer On the Run" series and now am watching "The Ice Princess". I never saw the whole story back in the day. It was before VCR'S in my life and the person that uploaded this did a fantastic job, it is all linked and it's wonderful. Puts today's GH to shame!

This vampire story is going to be worth it if they have more scenes with Lucy and John Mcbain. The look he gave her was priceless.

    I thought so too.

Now did anyone else notice that Luke was a having a "drink" with Tracy? I thought he had totally given up alcohol.

I love a good vampire... True Blood, the Twilight series etc. However, GH's version is just dumb, I'm hoping it's just a means to an end ( a good end )

I noticed this as well. You'd think after you killed your "grandson" that you would quit cold turkey. Ahh, gotta love soaps!

I am thinking I they are going from the view point that Caleb is not a true vampire but a crazy mental person who believes he is.

I read on facebook that the vampire storyline is going to be wrapped up this week. Good news but I hope we don't lose John Mcbain.

Previews for the week of 04-Mar-2013
    by Carol Banks Weber

**Kate says she’s very sorry to Sonny.
Kate sleeps, but then a voice saying her name gives her a jolt in the waking world.
Sonny sleeps until someone wakes him up with a kiss.
Sonny broaches the subject of integration therapy with Kate. Will she bite his head off?
Or will she be amenable? Looks like Kate wants therapy all the way—as well as Sonny’s meathood. It’s sexy time. But who is he getting intimate with this time?

Carly admits to Sonny that she’s still kind of hung up on Todd.
Sonny discloses to Carly about having made love to Connie, not Kate.
Carly gives Sonny hell for sleeping with Connie. And he’s just as harsh on Carly for her choices.
There appears to be a question of who’s in charge as a real host, Kate or Connie, as the two war for control.

Elizabeth backs out of her first date with A.J.—until Sabrina gets a hold of her.
Elizabeth tries to nudge Sabrina to come forward to Patrick about her crush.
A.J. feels great relief to hear that his date with Elizabeth is still a go.
A.J. works Carly so she will give him more info on that missing Quartermaine heir.
A.J. and Elizabeth see each other socially. It’s the start of a beautiful relationship—until Carly wrecks everything.
For some odd reason, Carly doesn’t like A.J. and Elizabeth together.
Carly goes ahead and tries to make out with A.J., who’s a mess because he’s afraid Elizabeth saw—and he doesn’t understand what’s with Carly.

Authorities check Heather into a psych ward more heavily guarded than Ft. Knox.
Todd’s there within earshot when Heather asks if she can talk to her son Steven Lars to show she’s really remorseful this time.
Todd hopes he can dodge another bullet, somehow.
Starr can’t concentrate, because her dad’s going to court again, and will possibly go to prison this time.
Todd undergoes a trial for his crimes.
Sam promises Todd he will pay with major prison time.
When Todd goes on TV to make a pronouncement, what he says gladdens Carly and gives her a glimmer.
Heather turns over a new leaf, rectifying the Todd situation by testifying so he can be free of the Ferncliff escape charge.
Heather tells Todd that he will easily be able to shut Johnny’s men up, so they won’t talk in court.
Heather further advises that Todd may have better sway with Johnny now that he is no longer an item with Carly.
    Todd’s rooting for Heather, too.

A.J. may very well win Michael over as father of the year over Sonny.

Okay, so Dr. Steve Webber doesn’t die of a stab wound like everybody thought he would. But he does go away — actor Scott Reeves did not re-up with GH — when, mid-way through wedding vows, the Memphis cops take him into custody for that murder. Olivia is crushed.
In shock and numb to the bone, Olivia returns to the home she made with Steven—still dressed like a bride.

The PCPD apprehend Rafe, John McBain, and Lucy, infuriating Sam in the bargain.
Kevin doesn’t know what to make of Lucy, his relationship with her, or the adventure with Caleb that just went down at Wyndemere.
But Scotty and Lucy enjoy seeing each other again.
Sam marches into the PCPD, ordering that they free Rafe, McBain, and Lucy immediately.
It’s a zoo at the PCPD, with the paparazzi treating Rafe, McBain, and Lucy like freak shows.
Sam boasts of the heroism exhibited by McBain, Lucy, and Rafe to paparazzi.
Anna quits as the PCPD’s Commissioner, her confidence shattered.
After the local news reporters get through with the vampire trio, Molly heads directly to the PCPD.
John McBain and Sam McCall worry about what will happen to Rafe, now orphaned. He’s in limbo until he can find a family who wants to take him in.
Lucy puts her attention back on business, ELQ business. Because of her slayer obligations, A.J. went and took over.
Just when the PC residents think the vampire nightmare is over, it’s only just begun, as Caleb stirs.
Molly keeps bothering Alexis about letting Rafe be a part of their family. This does not bode well for T.J.
Alexis endeavors to make good on her word — to give Rafe to parents who will take care of him.
Molly and Alexis both tell Rafe they will do their utmost to procure a proper family for him.
TJ grows jealous of Molly hanging around Rafe more and more.
TJ doesn’t understand why Molly wouldn’t want to be with him after being released from police custody.
Kristina tries to get Molly to face the truth about how much she’s digging on Rafe.
Shawn updates TJ about Kate’s returning almost to normal. He adds that this might bode well for Molly’s novel; Kate will do the right thing.

Dr. Britt Westmore wins this round, as she gets Sabrina kicked out of the nursing program. Sabrina is crushed.
Felix puts himself on the case, to get to the bottom of this.
Patrick corners Dr. Britt, believing she unfairly and unethically caused this. He champions Sabrina proudly.

    Ellie deduces Maxie’s behind-the-scenes drama.

Tracy puts P.I. Spinelli on the case of the missing Pickle-Lila.
Spinelli doesn’t want Tracy’s case, figuring out a way, any way not to do as she asks.
However, Tracy prevails over Spinelli’s misgivings, even though he’s not sure he can swipe Pickle-Lila’s recipe from enemy territory (since Ellie’s on that team).
Yes, Ellie was recruited to break down Pickle-Lila for Michael and A.J.’s side.
Spinelli’s new gig with Tracy lets Ellie down.
Tracy is working Duke for her own nefarious purposes, as she fills Luke in on the plan.
Tracy unloads lots of Benjamins on Duke, which he turns around and promptly spends on Anna for their Metro Court date.
Duke has the pleasure of Anna’s (romantic) company. He’s happy as a clam.
Laura happens by just as Duke and Anna kiss.
Laura gets mad at Anna putting her lips on Duke when she’s supposed to be Luke’s. But Laura didn’t get the memo about their break-up.
Laura means to rat Anna out to Luke.
As soon as Laura goes to Luke, he’s with Tracy as she’s laughing it up over her trick on Duke.
Luke tries to sell Laura on Scotty as the culprit in Lulu’s Ice Princess gift.
Luke menaces Scotty, shaking his enemy down for the truth.

Frisco keeps bugging Felicia, so she will give him the time of day at the Metro Court.
Mac and Kevin rap about Lucy and whether there’s a relationship left to salvage. The two old friends also go over where Mac stands with Felicia, given Frisco’s charms.

Next week: Lucy pushes forward with the Nurses’ Ball… Carly kisses A.J. to underline some principle. Is there more it, though?... If Carly’s not careful, she could carelessly destroy a potentially good relationship for A.J. (Elizabeth)… Elizabeth saw Carly kiss A.J., and is annoyed by the bold move… A.J. has some explaining to do if he wants to pursue Elizabeth… Sam tries to ease John McBain’s bruised ego. But he believes he’s a screw-up… Scotty busts Laura mooning over a photograph of Luke… Lulu and Dante smile at their first ultra-sound picture… There’s a book launch in progress, which will regress into tabloid fodder.
