Do you do anything special with it or just cut it up and put in freezer bags? That is what I do with my surplus of garden tomatoes, never thought to do it with zucchini.

How did the boys do with the remaining entries at the fair?

    My Monday to do list:

DD up and ready for school
Caffeinate - I know there goes my goal of going back to just drinking water, but hey, it's Monday
    Afternoon Meeting
    Put guest room back together

Shhh, don't tell Mt. Washmore, but I conquered it this weekend. As of Sunday night, all laundry with exception of what we wore Sunday, has been washed, folded, and PUT away. How did that happen.

    Ho hum...Monday

    Gonna need some coffee

DD9 has a fever so...not sure what this is going to do to my day tomorrow.

If I she stays home - lotsa laundry, hot spot cleaning. Maybe some scrapping.

Gonna need some diapers tomorrow!! So have to fit that in somewhere....maybe Grandma can watch over DD while I make a run for Target.

    :wizard:to BAMB - feel better

OK already up. DH has been battling someone/something in his sleep, DD2 woke up at 2 and 4 screaming "Momma" and DD9 has that hacking cough that once you start you cannot stop. Gonna be a long day in Mommyville today. At least I can watch the DIS as people report on booking the Panama Canal cruise. I can see what prices are skyrocketing up to before us lowly silver level people get to book next Monday. Not happy I will not seemingly get tier 1 pricing. But a girl can sip a latte and dream, right!?

    To Do:

Find something to wear - never got to laundry yesterday, but luckily it's supposed to be 77, so I can wear capris or something, haven't gotten to do that since getting home!

Calanniebu said it was a WeightWatchers recipe - I made a couple of tinkerings with it - so easy and the kids have NO idea these are healthy-ish.

1 15oz. can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 box of chocolate cake mix (anything - choc fudge, devils food, etc.)
    1 egg
    Handful of chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together - batter will be VERY stiff - I use my KitchenAid mixer. In our house, this makes exactly 12 very large muffins. (So, they're probably kinda more than the 2 points suggested by WW :rolleyes1)

Bake at 350 for 20 min. That's it!

They taste really good and chocolatey - the kids scarf them down. Sorry, morgansmom - they don't taste pumpkiny at all. (I make double batches in the hope *some* end up in the freezer for school day breakfasts - but they don't last that long around here!) And they're nice to share with friends. I think TinkerBean is enjoying one of hers today - is it good?

Ooh, thank you! I can't wait to try these (it's okay if they don't taste much like pumpkin, it's enough if there's an essence!).

Ugh! I had no internet all day. Thought I would go crazy.

Little Bit got his first H1N1 shot today. Hopefully there will no weird side effects. He loves that he is getting paid for what his friends will have to get anyway. He gets a second one in October. But they are hoping that everyone will only have to get the one. There have been no strange or unusual side effects reported so far in the trial. Three groups have gotten the H1N1 already. Little Bit's group is the last one to get one. Two other groups are getting their second this week.

Need to go play catch up on all the things I've missed all day.
