Busy, busy day!!!

I need to look online at BEHR or some other paint sites and test the color I want for my dining room & kitchen walls.. DH has my dining room tore up.. hopes to have it painted over the holiday weekend! Yeah!!!

all crap out
sweep/mop/wash counters, plates,cups,silverware and pots and pans
wash bathroom out
pack boys cloths, my cloths (DH on his own)
eat lunch in there somewhere
start cleaning Erics room at the bookcase (did levi's room sunday 2 HUGE black trash bags later and I still haven't done closet or dresser)
hopefully finish bookcase and start on dresser before picking them up
pick up boys from bus

Pack for quilt group
cut pieces for sides and back
dinner ??

home for tucking kiddos in
unpack or crash I'm not sure which yet. choice is CRASH but the quilt top is DONE now i just have to get the batting and cut and sew on the back.

Deb your dinner sounds great can you send some my way I don't feel like cooking already
Nancy My list is starting to look like yours Must mean things are cranking up around here and I'm gonna forget something. Didn't even add the most important thing to the list JOB HUNTING

Off to bed so I can get up in the am and accomplish all this

I'm like y'all, it's getting to that time when I need a MAJOR list. We are a little less than 5 weeks out of Disney, and it's the time of year when there's something every weekend, so I have to keep my ducks in a row!!

2. Walk
3. Caffeinate
4. Empty dishwasher
5. Wash fruit & pack
6. Get container from dishwasher for mom
7. Get cards to take to work
8. Get stamp to take to work--ugghhh!!! CAN'T FIND IT!!!
9. DS up
10. DS to mom's
11. Stuff for week to mom's
12. Work stuff to work
13. Work--got a goal to meet for Thursday. . .here we go!!--PROGRESS MADE!!
14. Pick up DS
15. Fold 4 loads of laundry

18. Frozen pizza for dinner--nope, Mom sent chicken & salad!!
19. Cut AKL groups for resort swap

I'm workin' today. M starts school tomorrow, so I've got some planning stuff to get ready tonight. I want to stop at Panera and get her a bagel for lunch tomorrow.

PrincessM went shopping with my sister yesterday. I saw the receipts, OMG, I can't believe how much money she spent (it's good for us, because we don't have to buy her much for the fall/winter, but wow, I can't imagine dropping that much $ in two stores!).

Hoping this headache goes away soon.

well boys are off and running with lots of complaints this am. We shoot for an 8 pm bed time haha and they were up late all weekend.

Jennifer Mom takes the boys shopping thank god she's hoping to do it labor day weekend at the outlets. Great thing about my boys name brands mean NOTHING. but there is old navy and gap as well as oshkosh. Su I'm hoping since Eric's out grown just about everything he owns she finds some great deals.

bubba does not start school until thurdsday, so dh is off with him today. not sure what about tues and wednesday yet.......

Call vet- 1 schedule spaying for Duchess, 2. ask about her baby teeth not coming out as the adults come in, 3. see if we need to bring Sultan in- he has been thowing up a lot while I was gone

Start packing swap stuff into boxes and begin mailing
Unpack stuff for SDV and clean scrap area

work on cleaning kitchen

Jennifer- how fantastic that your sister does that! I think I've said before that we cleaned out DD's closet and the kid practically has no more clothes that fit for fall/winter. Luckily it isn't fall weather here until November, so I've got some time.

I'm very lucky. As the youngest of 7 (4 sisters), I am still spoiled rotten by proxy! She got some really cute stuff. Her tastes are very different than what I thought (and buy her ).

Headache seems to have abated a bit (I got a FV iced coffee, that may have helped). I'm going to leave around 3:00 and do a couple errands before going home. I'm looking forward to tomorrow off

Well- I am sitting with my foot up after some frozen ribs dropped onto my foot and at least is causing bruising- I have it elevated and on ice. I can't wait for my foot to stop huring. I am guessing that the PO is out of the question for today.

Congrats to DD!!! And thanks! Phone interviews don't sound as scary as in person interviews, but I know I will be a ball of nerves anyway.

okay so the day took a wonky turn and I've postponed the camper till tomorrow. It's gotta get done we leave friday at 2:30. I ended up at the grain store for 300# of cow grain, 100# of chicken grain, 400# of pig grain and 2 HUGE trace blacks (those suckers are heavy) husband showed up 5 minutes after I unloaded. Think i found a few muscles in the tummy I didn't know I had, usually I don't feel it moving grain 800# must have been a bit much.

Holly when I have that much to get done I need a written list somewhere the scary part is I print it afterwards so I can check it off.
rebecca sorry I've done that more than I'd care to admit! You'd think I learn to use a bag to carry it all upstairs.
TRM congrats to DD Horses were my passion when I was young, now that I'm old it hurts to much to fall off (I always rode the unridables) I still have three but they are pasture pets. DH would love to get rid of them.

DS17 had a not so good start to his day...car died right in front of the house of his friend when he was picking her for carpool. So, she had to drive in, her first time. DS said she did great, but I felt bad that it wasn't so great for a first day. Her father got him back on the road after school. Something with the battery terminals

He has some classes that I think he is going to love. Crossing my fingers that this will be a good year!

AND the weather last night and today is so lovely and cool! I've really been suffering this year with the heat, so this is soooo nice

Debbie so sorry to hear about the day not a helpful thing on a stressful day.
That's cool that he has some great classes.
Fall has hit here in VT as well. it didn't hit 70 and there was a nice breeze all day. I enjoyed it.

ACK!!!! Y'all already have FALL?????!!!!!!! We were excited today because we are only going to hit 96 today instead of 102. We feel like we've had a cool front. Especially because we've had 65+ days of 100+ temps.

Debbie, sorry DS's day started out crummy!! Car troubles are NO fun.
