stay cool in the heat everyone! we finally got sun yesterday afternoon and today looks like a good one!

heading out to Rachal's today, not sure what we are doing...might be painting or help put things away.
big problem is how to go out there, the President is in town and they will be closing a couple freeways for his 930 departure, going to be a mess on the roads again today like last night! 8pm was still really bad!

For the first time in weeks, I opened up all my windows. We had a "cool" front come through last night, and it is delightful, for 1or 2 days!! Humidity and heat will be back though. My central a/c has been pumping for too many days.

Continuing to clean, and get the house in a more sellable condition. Boy, it is looking so much better. Have to admit that I do love having the summer off. Only the second time not teaching summer school in 18 yrs. Kind of enjoying it too!

he put DH cell in the toilet - I think I may be replacing that later today while boys are at SHL
James also keeps trying to get DH to go to work - DH is off all week so this is going to get worse as the week goes by
Richard slept in which was nice for him - too bad James got the rest of us up early

Today!! It is supposed to 107 So we are having an end door day. Since my neighbor's pool has been opened my laundry has doubled, but at least the pool is done and fun. Today they are getting concrete work done, so no swimming because it has to dry. So I will do laundry, clean a little, and sort the surprise swap (hoping the last package arrives today). Maybe scrap if I have time?? Maybe I will post some more pictures of my Disney album??

Not sure what we're gonna do today. I got paint for kids rooms last night. Maybe start with ds's room since he has the least amount of stuff. kids can all play outside.

Dbf is working from home today. So he's around to move heavy stuff.

Working today. Not much going on. Morgan did not get the role of Abu in the play She's a guard, and has more lines than last week, but she's still smarting a little.
