and how long you've been on it and plan to stay on it. I started Atkins two years ago and went from a size 10 down to a 4. The only thing is from eating all that meat I got Diverticulitis, I found that out the following year. Since then I went on a vegetarian diet which included Organic, wheat everything with lots of beans and fish...you know what a vegeterian eats. No meat or chicken, turkey and nuts(because of the diverticulitis). I am now a size 12...bigger than I've ever been...so I started the Atkins diet again, this is my 5th day. Except I have to just limit my foods to a Vegetarian Atkins Diet... Just fish, egg whites,spinich, a little cheese and no sugar. I had major sugar withdrawals for 3 days, did this happen to anyone else? So what do you think? I need some positive thinking from my DIS friends that I can modify Akins to fit my needs and be thin again! Sorry for the long post...I'm glad I found this forum!
