I have two teenage daughters. They are looking forward to some pampering in the spa. They have a teen special on port days. It is $89.00 per person or a mother/daughter special for $145.00 for two. Do you think they would let my two daughters do the mother/daughter special? It would be nice to save the $35 dollars. Any ideas?

Do you have details about the mothe/daughter special? We have decided not to go into port so this would be a great thing - I have not seen anyone mention it at all so I could use any and all info on it you have.

    Thanks!

Please share the information you have. I have been told by DCL that they make no exceptions to the "no minors allowed" policy in the spa.

Do they have an age requirement for the mother/daughter thing? Would a 10 year old be able to go...or would the daughter have to be at least 13?

There is one afternoon when teens 16 and over are allowed to book special appointments during a specific time frame. I can't find it in the stack navigator or the regular navigator. Maybe it is on a spa form?

Well darn. My 13 yr old DD will not be happy if I take my 17 yr old DD to the spa and have to leave her behind.

    Guess that kills that idea.

Oh well.. if I never tell them.. they will never know. ;)

They may know - it was on the teen navigator when we went - and the minimum age wasn't listed....my DD was 13 and when we went to the spa to make an appointment, we learned that she wasn't old enough.

I have looked on some of the recent navigators and haven't see it listed though

The spa treatments are listed on the bottom of the teen navigator on port days. There is no minimum age listed. Last time we cruised my daughter was 13 and she did the treatment. I am hoping that the policy has not changed.
