Isn't one of these resorts a Hilton, or did I dream that?

Not that I know of. The Swan is a Westin and I think Starwood owns the Dolphin.
Starwood actually owns both of these resorts with the Swan being run by Westin and the Dolphin run by Sheraton. Starwood leases the land from WDW.
Actually, as Horace Horsecollar reminded us on Friday, Tishman owns both hotels, which are now operated as a single resort. The Swan sometimes is presented as a Westin and the Dolphin presented as a Sheraton, through a licensing agreement with Starwoods, which actually owns both of those brands. However, Starwoods doesn't own or operate either hotel.
Thanks for your responses! Bummer-we have more Hilton points than Starwood. Maybe dh can start staying in more Sheratons or Westins on business trips.
