Does anyone know what cut of meat the Sunday Roast is? Do they offer you any choice in terms of cooking temperature (medium rare, medium etc.) We added R&C as a last minute addition to our March trip and we haven't been since 2007. I know that I want the Potato & Leek soup to start...I can still remember how yummy it was! The roast seems like a really appealing entree. Any other suggestions? I'm leery of the fish and chips because we usualy get halibut here, how is thye cod? Is there a very strong flavor to it? Thanks!
