AAA Travel agents are like any other travel agent, there are some that know a lot about Disney and some that don't. They seem to be an easy target because as a whole it's a large organization. When spending $1,000s on Disney Trip I believe the best thing is to be informed and pick an agent that you trust (AAA or otherwise).
