I'm curious if on the free dining plan is cat.3 ok. Are you able to see everything.

Also, is it possible to pay the difference and get a Cat. 1 or 2.

We did HDDR last September and actually were sitting right in front of the stage. We were on free dining and the person seating us said there was a cancellation and we had been moved and ENJOY! I felt we would have enjoyed the show no matter where we sat, even in the upper level. Is Spirit of Aloha the same?

It appears you are confusing Ohana with the Spirit of Aloha (the luau). Just wanted to let you know before you get too far into planning.

I think you're talking about the Spirit of Aloha show?

There are no categories of seats at 'Ohana.

And I don't know the answer myself since we haven't been, but I've read not so good things about Cat 3 seats at SoA -- things about poles and obstructions.

I did mean Spirit of Aloha. Called it O'hana by accident.
