    Continued........

After Belle's House I'm not really sure what we did, but my next picture is here.

I think I actually look like I am in pain. I was. It was still way past my bedtime since I had definitely not hit vacation sleep mode.

The crowds were a little thinner now and I took a few more pictures along Main Street

Looks like we decided to leave

We definitely did trick or treat. It was totally random as to how much candy received from each CM. A couple times we got through the line and then got right back in. One CM sort of frowned at me for my obviously uncouth behavior, but by now there lines were super short and there was hardly anyone around.

For the record - I ended up giving my candy to Nick.

I totally do NOT remember the boat ride home. In fact, did we even take the boat home or did we bus it? OMG!!!!!!!!! I have no idea. Help!!!!!

This was Pat's last night and her plan was to get up early the next morning and hit the road back to NC. So we all said our Good Byes. Of course, I don't remember any of this either since I was practically comatose.

So - overall - A GREAT PARTY. Fun costumes, great viewing spots, lot of loot, and we got to preview a new attraction that I won't be taking my nephews to see this summer. However, I know my brother would be thrilled to get that up close and personal with Belle.
    :rotfl:

Up Next......Back to Fantasyland in the AM. Would we get to ride the Little Mermaid? Stick around for that and more!

Aww, you didn't like Enchanted Tales with Belle? I loved it! I think it is amazing, that whole thing with the mirror/door is so cool! And Lumiere talking is awesome! :thumbsup2 Next time I see it, I want to actually be something in it! :rotfl:

I love your hitchhiking ghost pics, I didn't know they moved the location! :confused3 I just love how spooky MK looks during the Halloween party!

We are really looking forward to seeing Belle's storytime in May so I hope you just caught it on an off night or your opinion was due to your lack of sleep.

I love the PP pics with the ghosts! So cute!

I hope you got a good night's rest that evening!

Great update! I skipped Enchanted Tales since I didn't think it was something I'd enjoy and it looks like I was right.

I hope your mom is ok.

LOVE your costumes...OMG, the one when you are all looking surprised...

    :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

    Soooo funny!

So, is this thing with Belle supposed to be like the skits in Italy or GB in Epcot, but on a grander scale? I can kind of see where inside it might be awkward- and I really can't figure out why that is? :confused3 But I can see it. Maybe the pressure to pick people who really WANT to perform, when the show is constant all day instead of once in a blue moon during the day. At any rate- I think it would be fun if you got picked with your friends- in a humiliating, now we need to go back to the Ditch and never leave, kind of way. :rotfl:

And your fireworks pics were AMAZING!!!!!! :worship: Can't even pick a favorite- because they ALL are!:goodvibes

I did like the mirror/door for sure. That was really cool. I honestly think my problem was I don't know the story line that well (as much as I hate to admit that) and I was exhausted at that point. So I am sure I judged it a little harshly. I should probably watch the movie again before I go so I am completely ready.

I barely remember having that picture taken. :rotfl2: All I remember is there wasn't much of a wait! MK looks totally spooky during the party. I LOVED it!

I don't think it was an off night, it's just me and it wasn't my thing. Plus I was so tired that it was hard for me to take the whole storyline in. I am sure I would have enjoyed it more at a different time a day. I hope you guys love it.

We got some many great photo-ops that evening. It was a really fun time!

I don't even remember leaving the park so I am sure I was asleep in 0.5 seconds flat!

I am willing to try it again when I am more awake, but I definitely need to watch the movie again. It's been years and I only remember the basic story line. But I have to admit, those little kids really were cute.

She is feeling somewhat better today, so that's good. She is staying at my brother's until she recovers more.

We have Cynthia to thank for our super fun, although somewhat itchy, costumes!

I can definitely see it being awkward too, although everyone in our group got it together (I think :rolleyes1). I definitely think it would be hard to pick the right people all day long, but it was cool how some of the dads stepped up.

:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao: That's exactly how I would describe it! Well said!

Thanks! We had a great spot with a lot of light, so it really helped and the castle just looked amazing!

:rotfl2::rotfl2: There were a few times I felt like Huey, Dewey, or Louie in drag. :rotfl2:

    Because it is..... :rolleyes1

Had no idea hat lady was there. I had no idea MEK was right behind her or I would have moved over more.
If I knew she was there there would be MORE hat pictures :lmao:

Well maybe you were thinking my right, since I seem to get right and left mixed up at times. :lmao: Yeah Yeah I know MEK was to my right.

    :confused3

I know I had to take a bus back, but don't rememebr either. I can only imagine how funny I looked alone dressed as a lone duck going back to the beach club. :rotfl2:

I did have fun. Always better with a group. We did get some good shot that night. I think we all may have gotten a special PP card for Belle. I loaded it because I didnt really have many pictures of the whole show and those while with other people were some of the better shots to tell the story.

I am absolutely :rotfl2: over this update! I completely forgot about you laying down (or really, if memory serves you pretending to and then sitting up) at Enchanted Tales. I'll post my own take on it as I apparently remember a little bit more than you do. :lmao:

I am back from my trip tonight but wow, thank goodness I caught an earlier flight. Amazing how neither kid remembered they needed stuff for valentines until we were on the way home from Eric's honor band practice and Evan just happened to be asked to help at. They would have been SOL had Jeff been doing pick up as originally planned. :rotfl:

An interesting update for you, Mary Ellen. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Seriously, I know how you were feeling...I've had those moments at Disney and have no idea what I did.

I have heard pros/cons on Storytime with Belle. I can tell you that I will not be going to see it unless I have grandchildren. To me it is much more for children and I sure am not waiting 90 or 120 minutes for it which was the post time when we were there in December.

I loved every single one of your Photopass pictures. Besides you all dragging, they looked great.

Sounds like it is a lot like the story time that they used to have in MK. (in that section near cosmic rays) I hate the thought of a long wait for something like that...but having a little girl, I bet we will have to brave it regardless.

The photo pass pics with the hitch hiking ghosts are AWESOME!

The Enchanted Tales with Belle does sound like a strange concept. And how weird that you got all of those pictures of random people with your PP! :confused3

Love the picture with you and the Hitchhiking Ghosts! Sounds like the party was a lot of fun!

    @ Pat - Awesome photos!!!

Now here is my annoying photo-ruining obstruction.

I was watching Nightastic from the Poly Beach and some idiot who was making a video of the show got her hand and camera in my picture.

    Oh, wait. That's my hand.

Can you purchase this really cool Lumiere hat in the gift shoppe?

    Loved your update!

The cottage/castle look really cool. I liked your review of the show. I'm glad it didn't blow you away, because there is no chance in heck I will ever get to see this on a visit with my family.

It will be interesting to hear Cynthia's take on it.

The photopass pictures made me smile!!! LOVE the haunted mansion and hitchhiking ghosts.

What a fun (and exhausting) night.

Ok, I have one word for you... caffeine. :thumbsup2 :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

I'm sorry that Enchanted Tales fell a bit flat for you. I have yet to experience it, but I've got to say that as long as the lines were that I saw for it, it would have to be one of the top 2 or 3 attractions in all of Dinsey World to make it worthwhile. :faint: Despite that fact, it is an interesting concept, and I really do hope to see it sometime soon... I just won't be waiting and hour to do it. :rolleyes1

I'm glad you all had a great evening at the party. Even if you were too tired to remember most of it. :lmao:

I don't know that we'll want to stand in line for Enchanted Time With Belle. It doesn't look like something that would "enchant" our family. But, knowing me, I'll want to do it just so I can see what the hype is all about. Is it just me or does that Belle not look so...so...so Belleish? :rolleyes1 And none of the participants but that one little boy look like they are having a good time.

I am excited to try out Enchanted Tales with Belle, but mostly because I'm hoping Paxton will be in the show. I can see how that would make it more enjoyable than just watching a bunch of strangers participate. Sorry you didn't enjoy it though.

It sure looks like the rest of the party was very enjoyable though! The PP pics of the three of you are great. I love the ones with the hitchhiking ghosts!

Yeah - I can definitely see where that could be a possibility for me as well, especially with that darn wig. :rotfl2:

    Agreed!!!!!

Now I am all confused. :rotfl2: Thanks for that! :lmao:

I guess we took the bus back to the WL and then you got your car. I can only imagine how silly you must have felt getting out of the car like that and walking through the parking lot.

Is that what happened? That would make sense. Maybe they asked if we wanted it and we said "yes" just for the heck of it. Those PP pix definitely do tell the story better. But I am afraid, as Christine would say, that I am going to lose my Disney card for not knowing the storyline better before I went into the attraction. :rotfl2:

The party is definitely more fun with a group. It was a blast!

Once I got recumbent I decided it was probably really uncool to do that, so I sat back up. I needed a chair like in Hall of Presidents or the American Adventure! If that had been the case you guys would have been waking me up!

And that's not saying much! :lmao: Whatever you do, DON"T post the PP pix where I look like I am either going to pass out backwards or have a seizure. It's probably the most unbecoming picture of me during the entire trip!

UGH! I so do not miss those days! Although, remember how Nick totally missed the game he was supposed to ref while we were in Florida. I sent him the email, but I never texted him as a reminder so he showed up late or not at all and then I was SO PO'd at him.

Is that your polite way of saying that I had absolutely no idea what was going on in my own update? :lmao: Because you're right - I had no clue. I probably should have let Cynthia post first so I could have sounded more knowledgable.

Here's what I want to know? It's it possible to pass out completely while still standing up. If so, that's what happened!

If I was with Cayle and Avery or Sheree's girls , I would definitely wait for it because I think they would like it. But I can't see Denny or my nephews really loving it all that much. Though I must say that Belle was stunning and she takes great pictures!

Pat and Cynthia were still full of life. I, however, started to drag about 10 minutes after I had that Pecos Bill taco salad. Talk about post meal lethargy! OUCH!

Oh I can definitely see Zoe loving that attraction. I would brave it for her. She would take some awesome pictures with Belle and they would be fun to have. I'm with Kathy - I'll go back if/when I have a granddaughter.

I don't even think we waited in line for those pictures, which made it that much better! Fun stuff!

Everyone who was there got a PP of it. Which honestly I thought was odd, and kind of cool, at the time. I get it for those who were in it but for the rest of us? A bit odd.

I am pretty positive we took the boat but it was a call based on walking out and if one was there or pulling in ready to go.

See and here I thought you were joking with the laying down.

:rotfl2: Now I'm going to have to look and see if I can figure out which one you mean.

You were livid! I totally remember that incident. Hadn't he already blown it once with this guy for ref jobs?
