I started on Jan 1 too. Broke out all those exercise videos that have been collecting dust on my shelf and started. I'm doing the Slim in 6 series first and I just started week 4. Then I have Power 90 and then Jillians 30 day shred. That will take me into May and I'm considering getting the insanity workout. I figure working out 6 days a week for 5 1/2 months will set me up to be able to do it without dropping dead. So far so good. I missed one morning because I overslept and I felt guitly all day but I'm down 8 pounds and 13 inches which is all the motivation I need. Good luck to everyone!
