    If you like cheese grits, this recipe is the best I've ever had and easy.
    6 cups of low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups of milk
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper
    2 cups of uncooked quick-cooking grits (not instant)
    1 2/3 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
    3 tablespoons unsalted butter

    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan; gradually whisk in grits (whisk well to prevent lumps). Cover, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese and butter, stirring until melted. Really really good.
