What is the smallest amount of points you can find on the resale market? I have seen a listing for 30 but nothing smaller.

25 points is the smallest add on amount, so that would be the smallest that could be resold.

When DVC reallocated points at BLT, people got the chance to buy a very small add on just to cover the difference in points for their usual vacation. I've seen a 8 points contract on sale once. However it's so rare that I would say it's nearly impossible to get a contract lower than 25 points.

And I'd guess that Disney would ROFR that contract at pretty much any price - they don't really want someone to be running around with eight points at BLT.

I don't remember any program to allow BLT owners to buy very small contracts below 25 points after DVD reallocated points before the resort was scheduled to open. What I recall occurring is that just before that reallocation was announced, DVD announced that the minimum add-on at BLT would no longer be 25 points but instead 100. Then a few months after announcing the reallocation of points, and following huge numbers of complaints, DVD dropped the 100 point requirement and reverted back to the 25 minimum, but there was not a program offered to buy fewer than that. What I don't know is whether DVD cut any special, unannounced deals with individual owners.
