Let me run this by all of you......am I crazy to do this......a small 90 point contract resale for okw use year march.$70 per point. We usually travel in september so this will get us a studio every year at okw(which we love) with that amount of points. We did not want to borrow money to get a larger contract. BUT....we have every intention to add on to this in the future (within a year or two).......I thought this would be a good way to start.....as long as disney lets it go through................what do you think?

ps-we are staying at okw this september for 2 weeks(we rented points) so we can bank the 90 points for next year? right?

Hey if 90 points works for you - give it a try

Keep a couple of things in mind:

When figuring in your true cost per point, add in around $450 for closing costs; this is pretty much a fixed amount which does drive the total cost per point up on smaller contracts.

Also, when adding on, if you go with Disney (assuming they have picked up any OKW points through ROFR), I think you'll have to hit the same use year which may require some luck. If you add on through another resale, you can take any use year, but you have the closing costs to deal with again.

    Good Luck!
