I know there are alot of Weight Loss threads and I love them all! But this is a thread for those who need accountablity like myself. So I will log on everyday ( or try ) and log my food/calories and what excercise I was able to accomplish. So before I even start I am Lisa I weight about 190 (lbs not grams ) my goal is to be at 145 lbs by Sept 2013. So if you want to join me or even just comment on what i shouldn't of ate feel free! And I will keep posting.
