Single Stroller Or Double?

The stroller I have I got off of ebay and its an instep. But it this way I'm 4 10 and weigh 105 and I fit in it. We have use this stoller at fair grounds and auctions and man does this baby take beating.

the instep double with swivel front wheel? if so, is it very maneuverable? we are getting a swivel wheel if possible. Also, is it hard to fold and would it be terribly bulky to fit on the buses or monorail/parking lot trams?
