I know this may sound a bit odd. I have the ability to obtain a bunch of
single shoes from a store closing in my area. Is there any need for this
type of product and if so could you direct me to it. It appears as there are
some resources out there for people to match shoes for different size feet
and I assume that there are amputees that don't feel like buying a full pair
of shoes if they only need one of them. If there is a great need for
these I would love to pick them up and distribute them to those in need. Is
there any type of central repository for single shoes in the Mid Atlantic
area. Please reply as soon as possible because I don't know how long they
    will be around for.

Hmmm... I would call the local Easter Seals office, they may have an idea for you. Just a thought!
