Signature sharing oop (no dining plans boo!)

We haven't been in so long but we're going for the 50th. We usually get Deluxe dining but with no dine plan this time... I have a small appetite and don't want to pay oop for signatures that mine will go to waste. Can we share and just adjust the tip upward as though we'd each ordered a full app, entree and dessert? I realize any pre fixed menu would not apply.

If the menu is not buffet, prix fixe, or AYCE, you can share any course you like.

Thanks so much for the reply. I knew oop used to be fine to share but lots of things change all the time.

I wouldn't worry about adjusting the tip to match a full three course meal for two, either.
