We like salads, cheese plates, and appetizers more than entrees usually.
Is it okay to eat at some of the signature places and not order entrees?

Also, how big are the flatbreads at Cali. Grill? or the goat cheese ravioli?

Sure it's OK. If you're on a dining plan it would probably be a waste of points, but OOP it's probably a good strategy.

I can't speak for Cali, but the apps soups & salads at Jikko and Citrico's could certainly make a meal. The Cobb Salad at the Brown Derby could probably sink a ship.

    1) If paying OOP, it doesn't matter what you order.
    2) A little, a lot, or just drinks.
    3) However, if on DDP, appy's are not covered.

On Deluxe or Platinum you would get an app, entree and dessert. They might let you get two apps and a dessert, but I've never tried that and it might be hit-or-miss.

We will be paying OOP and are staying club level at BWI.

The size of the flatbreads depends on your appetite. I see many posts saying they are large enough to actually share. But when I go to the CG (which is every trip) I get my own just as an appetizer--then later the entree, dessert, etc.
