Shutters gave me another Family's Picture CD

    We purchased the full picture CD on our Dream cruise (Nov. 25th - 29th). I picked it up on the morning of disembarkation. When we put it in the computer on Friday morning at home, we made a very disappointing discovery....They gave us another staterooms CD instead of ours! :eek:

    I have contacted the photo company and have a ticket put in, but they said it will be at least a week. I'm worried they won't be able to produce a copy with ALL our pictures on it. Does anyone have any experience with a mistake like this? Any advice?:sad1:

    All you can do now is wait and see. Sorry. Shutters seems to be making a lot of mistakes recently, or maybe it is just that there are a lot getting reported here.

    That's what I thought, fingers crossed I am able to get it!

    If you can't, at the very least you can stop the payment on your credit card (yes, it went thru DCL...contact them about a refund first!)
