NOTE: The eatery is simply not anything special, It has an array
of "Caribbean Inspired" food, but only average or below average on the
quality scale. If you are really hungry and do not want to go off the
resort site, it is OK. However, doing it once per vacation is probably
overload. We thought it highly overpriced for the quality and quantity
of food - just could not understand mahi for $21 or a 10oz streak for
$30. For the money and quality, I'd recommend the food court - turkey,
pork at reasonable Disney prices. About the only good point is the new
Chocolate Rum Blackberry Cake.
I only went once, but I wasn't impressed. The quality of ingredients seemed good, but I just wasn't feeling the flavor profiles. They just weren't very appetizing to me. I will say that the service was fantastic. With so many other restaurants to try, I wouldn't recommend this one.
We ate there before it was Shutters and after it was Shutters..It was not good at all..The food was awful and the service worse..
We went in 2010, and while it didn't blow my socks off, it was good. Our service was great, it was relaxing, and food was good. No complaints!! If we were staying at CBR again this time, I think we'd go back!
