She does fine in the back of a van etc,
She cruised when she was 2 but I keep reading different rules apply lol and little kids are more prone to MS than toddlers.
Should I worry about motion sickness?
Aside from sea bands are there any OTC meds I should pack (just in case)?

My daughter does well with Bonine and they have chewables

Sounds like questions you should pose to her pediatrician.

I asked my son's doctor (he was 7 at the time) and he suggested Benadryl over bonine for kids. My son didn't have any issues with motion sickness and also slept like a rock!

I took bonine for myself and had no issues either. :)

1/2 tab Bonine is what my kids took. I can't get them to take anything now. Bonine is chewable and non-drowsy. Never had any sea sickness with either daughter.
