We are about 20 days from check in and I have a few last minute questions. Can anyone tell me if there is a coffee pot in the room, is it a kureig or something I can bring my own coffee for?
My husband and I have reserved 2 rooms,one for us and one for DD and her family, will they put us next to (or close to) each other. We have 4 adults and 4 kids between the 2 rooms ages 7 to 1yr. Is there any specific location that I may want to request. Thank you.

Has anyone preordered tickets from SOG lately? How long did it take from the time you confirmed your information over the phone until you got the e-mail with ticket details for fastpasses? I finalized our MVMCP ticket preorder yesterday, but haven't received anything yet.

Here now, there is a coffee maker that takes pod/packets of coffee but not like keurig ones.

You can request adjoining rooms, they won't guarantee them, but we did get two that adjoin.

In 2013 I read that Shades had refillable cups for 4.95 with $1 refills. Is that still available? Also, can you get coffee as a refill?

Is the path from SoG to the Poly well marked? I'm thinking an evening stroll to Trader Sam's is in my near future!

Yes...it's down a sidewalk, across a well lit and marked crosswalk, and then a path with signs through the poly grounds. And really nice is if you can get a ride from Bell services down on the "Shady Shuttle" golf cart! (They can take up to 5, so we split our group and waited for a second trip--and give a small tip. I think until maybe 9 or 10 pm you can call them and they will pick up on the edge of the property as well!). But it isn't a bad walk at all.

You could call and ask for a new copy of your confirmation make sure it's noted. I always make a room location request and it's indicated on the confirmation ,

I got that too. It looked cool (it's free so that's cool). We aren't getting there til later on the 13th though so we couldn't do it.

Does anyone know if we can leave our bags with bell services on checkout day if we have a later flight and want to catch a few more hours at Disney Springs without hauling our bags around? I see that there's an airline bag check service, but we're flying Southwest, which doesn't participate.

I confirmed info over the phone for our ticket order on Wednesday evening, and no email yet. They told me to allow 72 hours for processing before I'd get the email. A "pending" charge showed up on my credit card this morning.

AAFES sells Coke. We had to go to a store off property to get Diet Dr Pepper which is distributed by Pepsi in that area.

Another question.... Or two.

1) Has anyone ever done the shuttle that SoG provides to go to Universal Studios? If so... Do you know approximately what time it leaves SoG and arrives at U/S? Are we the only resort on that shuttle? And do you know how late/often it runs?

2) Has Evergreens gotten any better over the years? We stayed at SoG in 2008, when Evergreens was still a legitimate sports bar with a full kitchen - and it was a great place to eat. Then at some point, they ditched the kitchen and become more of a "deli" type place with prepackaged food. It's hard to tell from their menu, it seems they might have gone back to to full kitchen? But it's hard to tell. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

Yes! We've done this on arrival and after checking out .
