Did not want to get up today. It's our time to leave lovely Florida and head for home.
We packed our cases and drove up to reception to check out. Then we headed over to
Downtown Disney to use the Virgin check in facility. Despite all our cases being a kilo or two over the limit there are no problems and its all very quick and painless.
We wander over to Earl of Sandwich and sit outside to indulge in a little people watching whilst enjoying a breakfast of toasted cheese and ham bagels with assorted desserts to use up another QS credit.
After, we stroll around Downtown and end up in Splittsville for a couple of frames of bowling. Our scores are not too impressive so I won't post the pics
We make our way sadly back to the car and head off to the airport. Car drop off is very easy and we head for the food outlets and settle on Burger King for a snack.
The flight home is uneventful , fairly smooth for an eastward flight in the jet stream. We try to snooze a little but as always sleep does not come easy.
We land a little over 45 minutes early but then spend an hour sat on the plane whilst we wait for a stand to become avaliable. Then we're off, cases collected and in a taxi home. We reach home barely an hour after stepping off the plane and head up to bed for a nap before driving off to pick up the nutty dog Stanley who seems to have enjoyed his holiday too.!!
Thanks for reading along - I hope I haven't bored you all too much !!
We are already talking of our next trip although it may be a whilst as DD is getting married in 2016 so that's where most of our money will be heading
