Set Menu Price Question

Do the set price restaurants (Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, etc.) include tax and tip in the price, or should I plan additional $$ for that?

They do not include the tax and most don't include the tip. I think the Hoop Dee Doo and CRT include a tip
