Sending Gifts to friends on Fantasy

Quite a few years ago we sent a gift through DCL website to be placed in a friends stateroom for when the entered.
I've been looking online to do this for another family we know but the options seem to have been severely limited.

Anyone know of a company that will deliver a gift basket or similar to the Fantasy?

You can only use the in-room gift choices listed at the DCL website or you can also add money to their onboard account as an onboard credit that can be used for anything onboard. I agree that in looking at the offerings it is slim pickings.
