"Seasonal" CS Restaurants

Is there a place where I can determine what "seasonal" places are open? For example, Tomorrowland Terrace - will it be a CS option in November or will it just depend on crowd levels?

It basically depends on crowd levels. They are only open when the parks are at their most crowded. So if you're there over Thanksgiving, they most likely will be open for a few days.

1) Busy seasons and holidays.
2) Since they have to schedule CM's 10-days in advance, one busy day will not make them open up.
3) And, they do not open or the full day - usually only open 11:00am-until-2:00pm.
