Scallop Bubbly Bake

    Scallop Bubbly Bake

    This is a nice rich dish.
    1 lb. scallops
    1-8oz tin of lobster
    1 med onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 tin of mushrooms
    1 med green pepper
    2 tbsp. butter
    1-10oz tin of cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup buttered bread crumbs

    Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350

    Another good one Pumba.

    I'll bet you could use "Sea Legs" instead of lobster if you didn't feel like spending the money on lobster meat.

    lobster......love it even in my seafood chowder
