Room requests?

    I am 10 days out today :-)cool1::yay::cool1::yay::cool1:), and I am trying to do online check in, but it is down. Can I still call the resort (BLT) to make a room request, or do I need to wait until I can check in? Thank you!

    You should make room requests as soon as you book the ressie.

    Rooms are assigned three to five days out, so you should call and put in your requests as soon as possible.

    Do not wait until you check-in.

    Your best bet is to call the reservation line and have them attach your request to the reservation.

    I always make my requests at the time I book the vacation and have had good success with it.

    When I tried to check in online earlier, I got the system down message as well. But when I went into the reservation itself and used the link from there, it worked fine.
