We always request to stay in the 70's (we also like the top floor)....it's close to the main building, but yet it seems like it is secluded away from the other sections and overlooks the lake. I do believe it was a preferred room. When we went in December, they didn't have any rooms in the 70's open and we had to stay in the 60's (top floor). It was really close to the main building but the room seemed smaller, had two double beds instead a two queens and it didn't have a coffee maker in it.
