How sad, I remember how much my Mom loved him and watching him on TV and listening to his albums when I was a kid.

May he rest in peace. He has been ill and fighting a long battle. He truly was a great singer.

So sad. Thanks for the link Trip. That's how I remember him too. My cousin who died many years ago was in a wheelchair his whole life. He LOVED Andy Williams and had all his albums. This just reminded me of him.

Thanks for the memories Andy and RIP.

RIP, Andy. :worried: I remember watching his variety show when I was a kid and then his Christmas Specials. DH and I were able to see his Christmas show several years ago. His voice was spectacular even then.

Good ol' Iowa boy (Wall Lake, Iowa) with a voice as smooth as silk.

    RIP, Andy Williams. :(

Another classic. Seems like they do not make them like that anymore.

Growing up, his Christmas songs were some of my family's favorites, and still are to me.
