Hi quite embarasing but im on the larger size (24) and iv been to dlp twice before and have done tot and btm but have avoided the other big rides incase i cant fit in them :confused3

is there anyone male or female on the larger size that have ever had trouble fitting on any of the rides and also the new toystory rides thanks :rolleyes1

Hi, Please don't feel embaressed:hug:
i have been with someone of simalar size and she has had no problems getting on any of the rides. She too was worried about the rides in tspl especially rc racer, but it was fine no problems.
Hope this helps

well i am a larger lady and i have learnt by mistake that the rockets are a nightmare with a toddler in front of you if you have big hips:laughing::laughing:

Crush's coaster is a VERY tight fit, even for normal size adults. I didn't try to fit in it for fear of embarassment, but DH says I probably wouldn't have fit. There's no "try-out" seat outside either.

I saw one lady have to get off Crushs coaster as they couldn't get the bar down which she obviously found very embarrassing as they had to stop the ride and had to CM's trying push it down

I have to take my padded coat off on RC racer as I can't get the shoulder bar down far enough to do up the seat belt ( I am 6ft 3') and it was very cold riding it at Christmas !

what about space mountain and others that have the shoulder bars on are they quite roomy

Hi

Not a high speed ride but Orbitron is a bit uncomfortable. I am a size 18 (plus extra few inches due to ski jacket) and found it hard work getting in and out. Fitted in ok but with my 8 year old in front couldnt see to do seatbelt up.

The cars ride was a tight fit with both me and DH in the back too (he's an extra large) but if just one was in the back would be no problem!

Sorry but BTM is as scarey as I get.

Hi gracieclaire my husband is a tall and very cuddly kind o guy:rolleyes1:lovestruc and he has rode rock n rollercoaster, tot, parachutes, space mountain, indiana jones, btm. The rides he didn't fit on were crush and rc racer can't say about things like orbitron and the like as never tried them but have done all rides in fantasyland and he squished into those:lmao:
Hope this helps you, above all have a fantastic time:cheer2:

I am 6 foot 2, and at my worst weighed 24 stone with a 56 inch chest. I have successfully riden every attraction Disney has built in Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Paris with the exception of RC Racer and Crush Coaster was a close call that required cast member assistance when I was at my biggest (I know I am big, but this is a part of my anger at modern DLP).

That said, Cars, Orbitron and the fantasyland dark rides are not the most comfortable experiences, but doable. Space Mountain, RNR Coaster, Star Tours and Tower of Terror are fine, no probs for me at all.

Have fun!

Thanks for bringing this up, it's something that's been worrying me also! Am going with a friend instead of family for the first time and would be mortified if I was turned away from a ride!

The thought of it has actually kicked me into gear and hopefully I'll be a mini version of myself by September. :)

DH rode everything apart from RC Racer - just wouldnt fit
