Hi :wave2: .Does anyone know the return policy for CTMH? I bought a envelope template and it is larger than a 12 by 12 peice of paper. I don't think I will be using it. I just went to my 5th party last night and I learn somthing new every time. :thumbsup2

Give your consultant a call (I used to be one back in the day)- I think you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. There might be a restocking fee from TMH, or, your consultant may be able to find a new home for you (depends on your cons.)

    Good luck!

Before giving it back, why not use something fun like wrapping paper or parchment paper? You can stamp on the parchment paper to match your card. FUN!! There are other things you can do with it as well. Give it a shot!

Thanks for the ideas! I have the same template and was really excited to use it and make my own envelopes for my cards. I was really irritated when I discovered it was too big for my 12x12 paper. I was so mad that I just put it away and forgot about it. It never even occured to me to use something like wrapping paper!

    I love this site!

Hi again. My consultant found out that your to cut out the pattern, leaving the flap part for another peice of paper then peice them together.(I hope yous understand that). If I wanted to return it,I could, for a shipping fee.I don't think so, We shouldn't be paying for all that shipping in the first place.
